Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. This gives you adequate time to inspect your fishing gear and ensure it meets your angling standards.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet all conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging intact with all tags attached
  • All original accessories and documentation included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following fishing items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fishing Line (cut or opened spools)
  • Jig Heads & Replacement Skirts (due to hook exposure)
  • Opened Kits and Variety Packs
  • Used Reel Accessories
  • Any item showing signs of use or damage not present at shipment

Return Process – Step by Step

2Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 24 hours.

3Package Your Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

4Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your PayPal account

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the standard shipping cost ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Process

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your replacement item using your preferred shipping method. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you, including prepaid return shipping if necessary.
